Issue:
Occasionally the Android device may have issues connecting to your T3i device.
Symptoms:
You may see the T3i serial number appearing twice (or more) when trying to connect to your T3i
Resolution:
There are 2 possible solutions:
(1) Restart all devices.
Steps:-
- Shut down the Android.
- Shut down the T3i device.
- Turn on the T3i device.
- Turn on Android device.
- Try to reconnect.
(2) Remove Bluetooth pairing, then add it back.
Steps:-
- Tap settings icon
- Tap the Connections
- Tap Bluetooth
- Find the serial number, then tap the cog icon next to it
- Tap the unpair button
- Restart your Android device
- Power cycle your T3i device
