Occasionally the Android device may have issues connecting to your T3i device.


You may see the T3i serial number appearing twice (or more) when trying to connect to your T3i 


There are 2 possible solutions:

(1) Restart all devices.


  • Shut down the Android.  
  • Shut down the T3i device.  
  • Turn on the T3i device.  
  • Turn on Android device.  
  • Try to reconnect.

(2) Remove Bluetooth pairing, then add it back.


  • Tap settings icon

  • Tap the Connections 

  • Tap Bluetooth

  • Find the serial number, then tap the cog icon next to it

  • Tap the unpair button

  • Restart your Android device
  • Power cycle your T3i device
