Ensure your T3i device is adequately packed by placing it in a small compact box or a Post Satchel wrapped in bubble wrap for protection.

Note - If you wish to have the Android updated to the latest software please include it with the T3i unit.


There are 3 options for sending your unit in for calibration:


1.  You can send the T3i device back by Regular Australia Post from your local Post Office at your own cost. The turnaround time will probably be 5-7 days from the date you send the unit.



2.  You can send the T3i device via an Express Post Satchel from your local Post Office at your own cost. This option will decrease the turnaround time to approximately 2-3 days.       

 


3. Termatrac can email you a Startrack consignment note at a cost of $20 with instructions on how to contact Startrack for pickup from your address. The turnaround time will be 3-4 days.
